my right shoulder-joint's hurting everytime i raise my arm today. darn... i feel kinda immobilized, especially when this vital part of me isn't able to respond with ease. don't know if it's due to the bad sleeping posture i've had on last night. funny it reminds me of the incident when i was 11... i felt both joints cracked as i flipped myself over - my hands were grabbing those suspended rings you see in gymnastics - it almost knocked the wind out of me..! well, i prolly looked dazed on the outside but underneath my skin a voice was screaming away.
Hope it gets better...
time for some therapeutic things to say now. hahaha. hmm retail therapy... wait, more like shopping for daily necessities. got a new toothbrush, hair wax, hair spray, deo spray... stuff which are screaming to be replenished. lol.
almost lost my phone again on friday. but thank God those group of girls found it and i got it back from them. whew~!
